Enables patients and families to maintain or restore independence at home.
Accredited by New York State Department of Health as a Certified Home Health Agency
Services are provided by professionals who specialize in caring for people at home. Registered nurses, home health aides, personal care aides physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists respiratory therapists, medical social workers and dieticians.

Payment for services
We bill Medicare, Medicaid Veterans Insurance, Private Insurance Companies such as Blue Cross, and HMO’s. Private payment is available on a sliding scale basis.

After hours
We are available evenings weekends and holidays. To reach us after hours call the Sheriff’s Office at 746-2336 and ask for the on-call nurse.
