the Delaware County Public
Health Office at 99 Main St., Delhi, NY.

   Delaware County is the fourth largest of New York’s 62 counties with a total land area of 1,446 miles. Located on the eastern border of upstate New York’s Southern Tier Region within the environmentally fragile area known as the Catskill/Delaware Watershed, this vast county borders 7 neighboring counties (Broome, Chenango, Greene, Otsego, Schoharie, Sullivan, and Ulster) as well as the state of Pennsylvania. Its watershed area contains 19 reservoirs, 3 controlled lakes, and covers approximately 2,000 miles.
